Shipping policy

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. Normally, your order will ship much quicker than this, but during product launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may increase to up to 5 working days.

For pre-orders, shipping labels will be generated within 5 days of your order being placed. Once the pre-ordered materials arrive, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

If your order contains out-of-stock items, shipping will occur within 48 hours of receiving those items.

Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping is available only on eligible items and may not apply to all products sold through our store.

The following items are excluded from free shipping:

  • Third-Party Direct Ship Items – Products shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer, including select yarns and other specialty items.
  • Made-to-Order Products – Items produced specifically for your order, including apparel, homeware, and other custom or print-on-demand products.
  • Oversized Items – Products that exceed standard shipping dimensions or require special handling, including jumper boards and similar large items.

If your order contains both eligible and excluded items, shipping charges may be applied to the excluded items. Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

We reserve the right to modify free shipping eligibility, thresholds, and exclusions at any time without prior notice. If you have questions about whether a specific item qualifies for free shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We are currently not setup for International Shipping.

Import Duty

International shipments may be required to pay an import duty.  These fees are charged prior or on delivery of your order.  These duties are generally collected by the delivering agency.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.

If you need to correct it, then please contact us be email at info@braeandheather.com as soon as possible.  We are not responsible for shipments sent to the incorrect location if you provided the incorrect address.
